standard:

plans

Linear 2d drawings, similar to the plans proposed by developers, but more detailed. They show the arrangement of furniture and equipment on a scale, usually in 3-4 variants.

1

visualisations

Computer-generated images that are intended to show the overall design concept in a way that imitates photos of future implementation. Visualizations are usually the main element of the company’s portfolio.

drawings

Technical / executive drawings are linear 2d drawings, which are designed to detail the visualizations. These are for example projects of electrics, suspended ceilings or custom furniture.

specification

Also called a list of products. It is a long table containing a list of products and materials that the Architect recommends to the Investor to buy to implement the project. To put it more simply: this is a shopping list :)

extra options:

szkic budżetu_Strona_2

budget draft

Indicative list of expenses related to the implementation of the project. Sent together with visualizations so that the customer knows as soon as possible what to expect in terms of prices. It provides accurate information on the prices of selected ready-made furniture or lamps, as well as estimated prices of labor and custom elements.

moodboard Ambience Interior design

moodboards

The option included in the full project+, great for people who do not know exactly what style or color story would suit them best. In a sketchy way, it proposes 3 different combinations of colors, furniture and materials – to choose from. Makes it easier to decide on the further direction of the project before creating visualizations.

inventory

Inventory is a measurement performed by the architect on the investment site. Thanks to it, the drawings can be 100% adapted to the real dimensions of the house / apartment. We offer inventory as part of the projects in Cracow, but it is also possible in any other part of Poland at an additional cost determined individually.

Ambience Interior Design 6

architect's supervision

Site visits to verify compliance of ongoing work with the project. Being on the site, we can detect any errors in realization, answer emerging questions and propose alternative solutions. Supervision is part of the full project +, which is proposed for projects in Cracow and the close surrounding area.

The steps of full project

THE MOST COMMONLY CHOSEN PROJECT FROM OUR OFFER

“Zero” meeting is my working name for the first major contact between us and the NEW client. It can take form of an e-mail exchange, longer telephone conversation, live meeting or Skype teleconference. Its purpose is to discuss the course of cooperation, its general principles, and answers to all customer’s questions that may arise. A zero meeting is never paid or obligatory. During it, we also do not discuss the exact guidelines for the project – the time will come for it :) If after or during the meeting the client decides to cooperate, we sign a contract for the project, which is a guarantee that the project work will start on a set, available date.

The first meeting is an opportunity to ask a lot of questions. By us – to determine the client’s needs, taste, budget and initially discuss what his dream interior would look like. By the client – to ask about the sensibility of specific solutions, the practicality of the materials considered, the possibilities of a fixed budget. The first meeting can take place in Cracow or on Skype. Mainly based on discussing the inspiration collected by the client and the answers to very, very many questions on our part :) All this leads to the writing of design guidelines, which are later sent by email to the Client for approval or possible supplementation.

Inventory means taking the precise measurements the flat/house, which are crucial for preparing functional sketches. For projects outside Krakow, we usually work on materials provided by property developer or measurements taken by the Client. At Client’s request, we can perform the inventory for an extra price, calculated individually.

When we have directions from the Client and room measurements, we move to arranging the layout. This takes the form of sketches showing the position of furniture and appliances. We always suggest 3-4 layouts for every room, to show its potential. Depending on needs, layouts can be proposed for rooms as they are, or involve moving the walls, merging or dividing rooms and other changes. Layout arrangements are emailed to Client, and then the final layout is prepared based on Client’s choices. When the final one is accepted, we move on to visualizations…

Creating visualizations is the most creative part of the whole process. This is the part when the whole concept is born, concept of what everything will look like. Starting with colours, through choosing materials, designing furniture, to selecting the lighting. In our studio, at this stage we already pick all the products having Client’s tastes and budget in mind. Our visualizations don’t include pieces that are unavailable or impossible to fit in the budget. Everything is carefully thought out.
We offer our Clients the opportunity to request changes twice during the process. So if the visualizations we created do not charm you 100%, let us know what we can change. We want to take your breath away.

Together with the visualizations we send a sketch of the previously set budget. It takes into account the estimated costs of labor and custom-made furniture, as well as quite specific prices of selected furniture and equipment, which were shown in the visualizations. Thanks to such a sketch, the client can easier navigate all costs, he/she is able to determine if he/she wants to invest in something more or less money. When looking for a renovation team or a carpenter, it is also easier to make a choice that fits in the budget, because it is clear how high was the estimated price in the first place (and as you probably know, the pricing of individual contractors can vary dramatically).

When the final version of visualizations is aproved, we can proceed to preparing technical drawings. These are 2D linear drawings, that act as instruction for the people carrying out the works – so that your interiors look like the visualizations. Technical drawings include:

    • functional plan, scale 1:50,
    • wall plan, scale 1:50,
    • ceiling plan, scale 1:50,
    • electricity project, scale 1:50,
    • plumbing project, scale 1:50,
    • flooring plan, scale 1:50,
    • wall finishes plan, scale 1:50,

  • detailed kitchen drawings, scale 1:20,
  • detailed bathroom drawings, scale 1:20,
  • important walls’ drawings, scale 1:20,
  • custom made furniture drawings, scale 1:20.

This is the inventory of all items (materials, furniture, lamps etc.) needed to execute the project. The products we include here are identical or very close to the ones showed in the visualizations. If we are not certain whether a product will meet the Client’s requirements, we include an alternative. We aim to select products from producers we know and trust on quality. We do not limit ourselves to any specific brands, but we avoid offering products of unknown quality. Naturally, the final decision on purchases lies with the Client – the list is never mandatory, it is made to be a helpful guide.

In practice, the list is a long table that includes:

– Product category;
– Product name;
– Link to the manufacturer’s website or a store that has the product available;
– Photo;
– Estimated price (prices are taken from websites or stores, there may be additional delivery costs and prices may change over time).

In the end of the table we also include estimated costs of element, that were not included earlier, such as labour costs, building materials, custom made furniture costs, household good etc. We also name any additional elements, that can have a small to medium impact on final project execution costs, such as light bulbs, delivery costs, electronics, home accessiories.

Through this list our Clients know exactly what prices and costs they should expect.

SEE HOW THE ELEMENTS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE LOOKING IN PRACTICE.
